Click the Forgot password? link below the password field.
Enter the email address associated with your Tallyfy account.
Click Send Reset Link.
Check your email inbox for a message from Tallyfy with a password reset link.
If you don’t see it after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Important: The link in the email expires after 24 hours.
Click the password reset link in the email.
A page will open where you can enter and confirm your New Password.
Enter the same new password again to confirm it.
Click Reset Password.
You can now log in using your email and the new password.
Password rules
For security, your Tallyfy password must:
Have at least 8 characters.
Include at least one uppercase letter (A-Z).
Include at least one lowercase letter (a-z).
Include at least one number (0-9).
Be different from your last password.
If you have trouble resetting
Make sure you enter the correct email address for your Tallyfy account.
Check if the reset link has expired (it lasts 24 hours).
If you don’t get the reset email (after checking spam), contact Tallyfy Support. Please provide your name, company name, and the email address you think is linked to the account.
Users can update their Tallyfy login email by accessing profile settings and following verification steps while maintaining access to both old and new email addresses with a limit of 3 changes per day.
Users can customize their Tallyfy experience through personal settings which include UI language time zone date formats profile details and notification preferences accessed via the Settings menu.
Administrators can permanently delete their Tallyfy organization account by accessing billing settings and submitting an official closure form with the correct Organization ID which results in irreversible data removal.
Administrators can manage Tallyfy subscription details by accessing billing information through Settings where they can view payment history update cards monitor credits and adjust notification preferences.
