Customize your Tallyfy display preferences and profile info through Settings > My Account including language, time zone, date format, and profile details.
Update your profile picture
Your profile picture appears next to tasks you’re assigned to and in system emails. It helps teammates recognize you at a glance.
Here’s how to add or change your photo:
- Click Settings (bottom left of the screen).
- Go to My Account > Profile.
- Click the CHANGE PHOTO button.
- Pick an image file from your computer. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, and GIF - max 2 MB.
- Crop the image in the popup that appears, then confirm. Your photo uploads automatically.
Your new photo appears across Tallyfy right away - no need to click SAVE CHANGES separately for the photo.
Customize your Tallyfy profile, password, notifications, language, and other personal account settings that only affect your own experience.
Personal Settings > Change my email address
Change your Tallyfy login email through profile settings, or use the member transition process if you signed up via SSO or social login.
Personal Settings > Switch between organizations
Switch between multiple Tallyfy organizations by clicking your profile picture and selecting Switch Organization to access any org where you’re a member or guest.
