Create custom views in Tracker

Save filtered views as Presets in the Tracker to instantly access specific process subsets. For example, you could create a preset showing processes assigned to your team, tagged “Urgent”, and approaching their deadlines.

  1. Go to the Tracker view.
  2. Click Add Filter and apply the filters you want - assignee, tag, status, template, or folder. You can combine multiple filters.
  3. Once the Tracker shows the right processes, click Save Preset near the filters. Create preset button with dropdown menu showing preset options
  4. Name your preset (e.g., “My Team’s Urgent Issues”).
  5. Click Save. Create preset dialog with name field and filter criteria (56 chars)

Your saved preset appears in the Custom Views dropdown in Tracker. Click it to re-apply that filter combination anytime.

Tracking And Tasks > Tracker view

The Tracker view in Tallyfy gives you a real-time dashboard of all running processes with board and table display options, filters, folders, and management actions to monitor progress and spot bottlenecks.

Tasks View > Customize the task view

Filter and sort tasks in Tallyfy’s Tasks View by status, assignee, state, tags, templates, processes, and folders to quickly find specific work items.

Tracker View > Organize processes

Organize active processes in Tallyfy using folders, favorites, filters, and archiving for better visibility across your Tracker view.
