How to create custom views with presets

With the “Create Custom View” feature, you can filter and display processes based on specific criteria of your choice. Whether you want to focus on processes assigned to certain team members, tagged with specific labels, launched using certain templates, or in particular process states, Tallyfy has got you covered! 🌟

Here’s a quick guide on how to create your custom view:

  1. Head to the Tracker tab and click on the “Create Preset” option. Image

  2. Give your view a clever name that helps you identify it effortlessly.

  3. Select the criteria you want to filter by, such as tags or process states. Image

  4. Voila! You can now view all the processes that meet your customized criteria. 🚀

You can even combine multiple criteria to create hyper-specific custom views tailored to your needs. The possibilities are endless!
