How to create custom view presets in Tracker

With the “Create Custom View” feature, you can filter and display processes based on specific criteria of your choice. Whether you want to focus on processes assigned to certain team members, tagged with specific labels, launched using certain templates, or in particular process states, you can create customized views to meet these requirements.

To create a custom view:

  1. Head to the Tracker tab and click on the “Create Preset” option. Image

  2. Provide a descriptive name for your view.

  3. Select the criteria you want to filter by, such as tags or process states. Image

  4. This will display all processes that meet your customized criteria.

You can even combine multiple criteria to create hyper-specific custom views tailored to your needs.

Tasks View > Customize the task view

Users can easily toggle between Board and Table formats in the Tracker view while customizing displayed process details through a dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
