The Activity stream feature in Tallyfy enables users to view a comprehensive log of all template-related actions including updates modifications archives and webhooks through the View > Activity tab.
Check process activity
You can now easily track all activities on your processes with Tallyfy’s ‘Activity’ stream feature. This allows you to view a detailed log of actions performed on a process, such as creating tasks, updating deadlines, completing tasks, re-opening tasks, and more. You can even see when processes are archived or unarchived.
To view the activity trail:
- Choose your process from the ‘Tracker’.
- Click on ‘Settings’ and access the ‘Activity’ tab.
- Scroll through the log to view the trail.
Please note that only Admins and members with access permission can view the Activity Trail.

Tracker View > Organize processes
Users can effectively sort and manage their processes through tags folders and customizable filtering options in both Tasks and Tracker views.
The platform offers two main navigation options through Tracker for high-level process monitoring and Tasks for detailed task management at an individual level.
