How can I view the activity log for a process?

Each running Tallyfy process keeps a detailed log of everything that happens within it. This Activity log helps you track progress, see who did what, and troubleshoot problems.

It records actions like:

  • Task completions or re-opens.
  • Deadline changes.
  • Comments added.
  • Process archiving/unarchiving.
  • And more.

How do I view the process activity log?

  1. Open the running process you want to view (e.g., from the Tracker view).
  2. Click the Settings button (gear icon ⚙️) in the top right corner of the process view.
  3. In the panel that opens, click the Activity tab.
  4. Scroll through the log to see the action history; the most recent events are at the top.

Templates > Track activity

Template Activity streams provide comprehensive change tracking and audit capabilities by maintaining detailed logs of all template modifications including content changes field updates configuration adjustments and user interactions with access restricted to administrators authorized members and template owners.

Edit Processes > Edit tasks and process properties

Running processes in Tallyfy can be modified after launch through the Settings panel where users can change the process name owner deadline tags folder location and notes while also accessing options to archive export or delete the process depending on their permissions and role.

Tracker View > Manage and track my processes

Tallyfy’s Tracker view enables comprehensive process management by displaying running processes as cards with key information like status due dates and assignments while offering sorting and filtering capabilities to organize workflows efficiently.
