The Tasks View (accessed from the left sidebar) shows you a detailed list of individual tasks. This includes tasks assigned to you from running processes, as well as any one-off tasks.
Think of it as your master to-do list across all your work in Tallyfy.
Using filters
The key feature of the Tasks View is the Filters at the top. These let you narrow down the list to find exactly what you need. You can filter by:
Assignee: See tasks assigned to yourself, someone else, a guest (by email), or tasks with no assignee.
Status: See tasks that are ‘To Do’ (default) or ‘Completed’.
Task State: See tasks that are ‘Overdue’, ‘Due Soon’, or ‘On Time’.
The Tasks View enables customization through multiple filtering options and sorting capabilities to efficiently manage and locate specific tasks based on criteria like status assignees due dates and process names.
Tallyfy offers both a high-level Tracker View for monitoring overall workflow progress and a detailed Tasks View for managing specific assignments and individual to-do items.
Tasks in Tallyfy serve as basic work units that exist either as process-integrated components within templates or as standalone one-off items for simple to-do actions.
The Tracker view provides comprehensive process monitoring through sortable and filterable cards displaying key information like status task completion dates and assignments with color-coded indicators for tracking progress.
