How to switch between organizations

Tallyfy makes it easy for you to manage different companies and organizations. With our new Organization Switcher feature, you can now easily switch between different organizations within Tallyfy.

To access the Organization Switcher, click on your profile picture on the sidebar, and then, select Switch Organizations. There, you will find a list of all the organizations that you are a member or a guest of. Simply click on the organization name that you want to work with, and you’re all set!

This makes it convenient for those who work for or manage multiple companies to easily navigate between different company accounts in Tallyfy.

So go ahead and explore the different organizations and effortlessly manage your tasks, processes, and templates for each company using Tallyfy!

Users can establish a new Tallyfy organization by visiting the start page filling out required fields and submitting their information with an option to use Microsoft or Google accounts for simplified signup.

Tallyfy’s settings are structured into personal preferences for individual users and organizational configurations accessible primarily by administrators for company-wide management.

Members > Invite and activate members

New members can be invited to Tallyfy by clicking Invite+ and entering their details while invited members can activate their accounts through email invitation links to start collaborating on workflows.
