Adding a profile picture helps your teammates recognize you in Tallyfy®. Your picture appears next to tasks you’re assigned to and in some system emails. This visual identification improves team collaboration and communication.
Here’s how to add or change your photo:
Click Settings (usually at the bottom left).
Go to My Account > Profile.
Click the CHANGE PHOTO button.
Choose an image file from your computer to upload.
Click SAVE CHANGES.
Your new photo will now appear throughout Tallyfy, helping teammates easily identify your contributions and assignments.
Users can manage their personal and profile settings in Tallyfy by accessing Settings and My Account where they can customize display preferences like language timezone and date formats as well as update profile information including photo name email and contact details.
Users can switch between multiple Tallyfy organizations by clicking their profile picture selecting Switch Organizations from the dropdown menu and choosing the desired organization from the displayed list.
Tallyfy administrators can update organizational information such as company names and contact details by accessing Settings then Org Details under My Organization where they can modify and save the necessary changes.
Personal Tallyfy settings allow users to customize their individual account preferences including profile details password management notifications language selection and other configurations to optimize their workflow management experience.
