How to update your login email address

Your email address is your Tallyfy login. This guide explains how to change it.

Prerequisites

  • You must log in to your Tallyfy account using your current email.
  • You need access to both your old and new email inboxes.

Steps to update your email address

  1. Click your profile picture or name (top right).
  2. Choose Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. In the Settings menu (on the left), choose My Profile.
  4. Make sure you are on the My Details tab.
  5. Find the Email field and type in the new email address.
  6. Scroll down and click Save Changes.
  7. You should see a confirmation message.

Verify and use your new email

  1. Log out of Tallyfy.
  2. Log back in using your new email address and your current Tallyfy password.
  3. Check your new email inbox for any verification emails from Tallyfy, although this isn’t always required.

If you have problems

  • Double-check that you typed the new email address correctly.
  • Confirm you can receive emails at the new address (check spam folders).
  • If you cannot log in after changing the email, contact Tallyfy Support and provide both your old and new email addresses.

Personal Settings > Change or reset your password

Users can modify their Tallyfy password by either changing it while logged in through profile settings or resetting it via email verification if forgotten with specific password requirements and a limit of 3 changes per day.

Personal Settings > Manage email notifications

Users can manage their email preferences through profile settings to control notification types and schedule weekly digest reminders while maintaining at least one mandatory reminder day per week.
