Member Roles and Pricing

Tallyfy offers two types of member roles with specific pricing:

  • Full Members: $300 per annum
  • Light Members: $50 per annum

A Data Feed option is available for $20 per member per annum, which feeds Tallyfy data to your BI or analytics platform.

Trial Plan Limits

If you’re on a Tallyfy trial, you have the following limits:

If you find these trial limits restrictive, you can contact Tallyfy support with a note explaining your needs. The support team may consider lifting certain trial limits based on your specific requirements.

Members vs. Guests

  • Members: Employees or people within your company who have access to Tallyfy. Billing is based on member type (Full or Light).
  • Guests: External users with free and unlimited access. They can be clients invited to fill out a form or perform a specific task in a process.

Pro > Pricing

Tallyfy’s pricing structure includes annual billing options with Full Member licenses at $300/year and Light Member licenses at $50/year plus various enterprise add-ons professional services and special discounts for nonprofits and eligible countries through the Fair Price Guarantee program.

Settings > Billing

The billing section offers comprehensive subscription management tools with a credit-based payment system real-time notifications customizable billing frequencies and special pricing programs through Recurly’s billing platform.

Org Settings > Understanding Member Statuses

Member statuses in Tallyfy include Active for fully-onboarded users Invited for pending members Deactivated for removed users and Bot/Unbilled for special accounts which help manage access and billing across the organization.

Tallyfy offers two distinct member roles where Administrators have full platform control with extensive management capabilities while Standard members focus on operational tasks with limited permissions and restrictions.
