How to clear the Edge browser cache

Clearing your Microsoft Edge cache can fix display problems, loading issues, or outdated content in Tallyfy. Follow these steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge on your computer.
  2. Click the menu button (⋯) in the top right corner.
  3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click Privacy, search, and services on the left.
  5. Under the Clear browsing data section, click Choose what to clear.
  6. Choose a time range from the dropdown menu. Select All time to clear everything.
  7. Check the Browsing history box.
  8. Check the Cookies and other site data box.
  9. Check the Cached images and files box.
  10. Click Clear now.

After clearing the cache, close and reopen Edge before trying Tallyfy again.

Clear cache for a specific site

If you want to clear the cache only for Tallyfy:

  1. Go to the Tallyfy website.
  2. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  3. Click Cookies (it might also say “Cookies and site data”).
  4. Find and select the cookies related to Tallyfy (e.g., go.tallyfy.com).
  5. Click Remove.
  6. Reload the page.
