Screenshots and screencasts can effectively communicate issues to Tallyfy Support, helping the team understand and resolve problems more efficiently.

Here’s how you can take screenshots and screencasts:

Taking screenshots:

  • For Mac users, simply press Shift-Command (⌘)-3 to capture your screen.
  • For Windows users, use the key combination Ctrl + PrtScn to take a screenshot.

Taking screencasts/videos:

To create a screencast, you can use one of these free tools:
