Different options available

Tallyfy offers multiple ways of automating the launch of a process for your convenience. Let’s take a look at all of them!

​​ Via middleware

​​ Via inbound e-mail

You can launch a process automatically by sending an e-mail to a specific e-mail address.

  • To find this address. Go to the edit view of the template you want to add a trigger and select Other options in the triggers section.

  • Then, select the Via inbound e-mail option. You should be able to see the e-mail address you have to mail in order to launch your process!

  • You can also capture the email body and attachments into a kick-off form field - illustrated on the trigger itself. If the two specially named kick-off fields do not exist - you will be invited to create them with a link named “CREATE IT NOW”

You can trigger a process by using the Magic-Links feature. This allows you to automatically launch a process by simply following a link!

  • You can find this option by going to the edit view of the template you want to add a trigger and selecting Other options in the triggers section.

  • Then simply select the Via Magic Link option, and you’ll get your magic link!
