Submit a Help Ticket
If you’re not finding what you need, don’t worry! We’re here to help. Just submit a help ticket to Tallyfy Support with your question, issue, or feature request. Our friendly team would be happy to assist you.
You can either email on support (at-sign) tallyfy dot com or you can click on the green bubble icon on the bottom right of all pages to create a ticket.
Support > Provide necessary info to Tallyfy's support team
Support team assistance requires sharing the full URL of relevant tasks and the Organization ID which can be accessed through the Settings > Organization menu in Tallyfy.
Support > Contact Tallyfy support or engage in professional services
The dedicated Tallyfy support team offers personalized assistance through help widgets emails and calls while also providing professional services like process mapping dedicated account management and integration support for enhanced customer experience.
