People ❤️ Tallyfy
Simple for everyone. Robust for champs.
"We can finally delegate work with confidence and focus on growing the business.
"A paper-based approval for critical purchases could take a couple of days before if someone was waiting for a director to be available for a signature. Now approvals are often completed in minutes.
"It has become a regular thing that people say 'put that in Tallyfy'. They know it by name. It has become the executive approval tool for our company. We have bi-weekly Tallyfy calls where we review what needs approval and what is pending - it keeps everyone aligned.
"Tallyfy is intuitive, fun and visually appealing. We can quickly gather every detail we need from our client in order to finish it on time. All the documents, specific details and comments are in one place.
"Tallyfy has been transformative for us. It's reduced manual errors, sped up processes like onboarding, and helped us document workflows that are critical as we grow. The ability to track tasks and aggregate them in one place saves us so much time and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.
"It used to take us two days to run monthly client campaigns, now, with the help of Tallyfy, we complete them in just a few hours!
"Tallyfy is a very reliable way to delegate and track tasks with confidence. It has taken the guesswork out of the equation and has helped our team focus on delivering a service within deadlines. Thank you for making my life much easier!
"Tallyfy has revolutionized how we manage our marketing projects at West Community Credit Union. It allows us to quickly launch tailored campaigns and track every moving part, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The ease of creating flexible, repeatable processes has saved us significant time and improved team collaboration.
"Tallyfy transformed how we manage client onboarding and policy renewals. It eliminated inefficiencies, reduced meeting times from hours to minutes, and helped us avoid costly penalties by automating key processes. We now have full visibility over tasks, and I no longer need to chase down updates - it's all right there.
"Our clients and team sail through the Tallyfy process - there is no need for clients to log in, there is one link for everything they need to do, everything saves in real-time - it all works incredibly well! I can't imagine scaling our agency without Tallyfy.
"Tallyfy has helped our team streamline the efficiency of our processes. We now have smooth processes from beginning to end - without any steps being forgotten or skipped.
"With Tallyfy, we have seen clarity in our processes as well as any bottlenecks. Tallyfy would be a good fit for any company that has a design, approval and implementation process that needs to have a quick turn around and that is growing fast.
"If you want to be efficient and scale your business then Tallyfy is the way go. There is no question about it.
"Routing multiple documents is far quicker and there's immediate accountability and oversight. After switching to Tallyfy, routing documents and layouts went from taking over a week to taking just 2-3 days.

Tallyfy vs. Sharepoint
Which tool is right for you?
Honest comparison to help you make the right choice
Tallyfy is best for
- Teams who realized dumping documents in SharePoint achieves nothing for workflow execution
- Operations teams needing executable workflows, not a document garbage disposal
- Business users wanting to manage processes without IT tickets or permission nightmares
- Organizations frustrated that SharePoint SOPs exist but nobody follows them
Sharepoint may be better for
- Organizations needing pure document storage and intranet
- Teams already deep in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- IT departments with dedicated SharePoint administrators
Here's why people don't like Sharepoint

" I have always had headaches using the software in every job I've ever seen it used. It's really among the worst in terms of sync issues. I don't quite know the difference between OneDrive services and SP services. They seem to work together but file sharing is a mess and the inability to be consistent with the interface is an issue.[1] "
" I have never seen a 'proper' implementation of the software and didn't think that was even possible. To me, it has always been one of the clunkiest, worst conceived pieces of software MS has ever produced.[2] "
" One challenge with the software is its initial setup and learning curve. New users may find it overwhelming to navigate the features and permissions. Additionally, customization beyond the basics can require technical expertise, which might mean involving IT support for certain configurations.[3] "
" I would like more intuitive user interfaces and simplified navigation to improve the overall user experience. The absence of these in the software can significantly hinder the user experience. Users may find it challenging to locate and access the features and content they need, leading to frustration and reduced efficiency.[4] "
" I also really dislike that when I want to share a "forced copy" of a document to a client, so the client can just make his/her own copy, I am unable to do so. I dislike the administration part due to it's complexity. In large companies with lots of rules it is more difficult to organize the content in a proper manner. My only complaint in using the software is the frequency and speed of syncing, or rather lack there of. Often find syncing to be slow causing delays in remote project collaboration.[5] "
" I used to love the software, but the changes are horrible. I'll never understand "upgrading" a system, but taking away features that were useful and convenient to users. Who's idea was it to allow people to be Site Owners, but not truly give them FULL CONTROL over THEIR site! And who came up with the genius idea to provide such limited and HIDEOUS color palettes?! It's annoying AF that I can't customize items in Calendar View.[6] "
" Every time more than 3 people are in it, I just don't even mess with it because it's not able to save my changes, I have to discard them, or sometimes I make my changes only to open it hours later and find nothing was saved. I can't even work on it when other people are in it.[7] "
" SharePoint is terrible for collaboration. The interface is confusing and outdated. Document versioning is a nightmare and the search functionality barely works. I spend more time fighting with SharePoint than actually getting work done.[8] "
" SharePoint permissions are an absolute nightmare. It's so complex that even IT departments struggle with it. Half the time people can't access what they need, and the other half they have access to things they shouldn't.[9] "
" Every time IT makes a change to SharePoint, something breaks somewhere else. The interdependencies are so confusing that nobody wants to touch the configuration anymore.[10] "
" We went from emailing updates to posting on SharePoint. Engagement dropped off a cliff. The only professionals who love SharePoint are in IT.[11] "
" The new look is horribly CLUTTERED and much of the text truncated. All my Views are now listed in a horizontal row and the names are severely truncated. In this day and age where there is so much sophistication, clutter and truncated text is the last thing users need. The new design has reduced my productivity.[12] "
" Navigation and search in SharePoint can be unintuitive. Even the devil cannot find the damn PDF. It is not easy to identify archived documents - when searching for documents, all documents show making it impossible to find what you need.[13] "
