The alternative to Microsoft Forms that handles workflow

The software has limited customization, a lack of advanced question types and limited integration options. Also has data export and reporting limitations and restricted collaboration features.

I don’t like the feature that lets you rearrange the order of the fields. It’s not as simple as drag and drop, even though at first glance it looks as though it is.

There seems to be some limitations to the question types that can be used. Feels a little basic too at times. The customizations seem limited.

It has some limitations such as advanced data analysis or CRM integrations and is not very customizable. In addition, security could be affected by belonging to a network.

Participants still believe you can trace who responded even when ticking the option to not record name and email.

Can’t have a solid background (only horrible 2007-esque gradients), can’t upload a logo, etc. horrible horrible HORRIBLE.

We’re now even more limited than we were before the update and there are tons of accessibility issues with the new update. Also, the mobile versions cuts off my text which wasn’t a problem before.

Performance issue and bad service support.

I would strongly prefer a form service to have a wide variety of customization features to be able to change everything from the font color and size to the arrangement of the content on the page… I would also love to see more options for displaying results.

Forms is not a way to have a form someone fills out with their info and submits to us. It’s for polling essentially, correct?

Embedding can cause lots of issues, such as putting your website at risk of cross-site scripting (malicious attacks), not working well (or at all) on mobile devices, and having a negative impact on SEO.

The template types are pretty random, they’re also mediocre and pretty basic.

The pricing structure of Microsoft Forms is very frustrating. Having to buy the the whole 365 suite in order to use Microsoft Forms is bad. Student in the Computer Software industry, 501–1,000 employees

When I create the form there’s no instruction or warning about the limit of the form, besides, when exceed the limit of the form still allow to create more option?????????? When delete the answer/option from a drop down list, if delete from the top auto jump down to the bottom? Super ineffective and time consuming while making the form should be the fastest thing to do in the office. The last, even though exceeding the limit, there’s no option like: delete in batch, or split the the answer into new question -> have to delete 1 by 1??

I get a negative pissed-off feeling directed at Microsoft / the AI for making assumptions about what I am thinking, and telling me how to do my job.

When I email a link to a quiz to my students and they access it through Microsoft Forms through 365 instead of my email they are getting access to my editable version – which of course they can see the answers and do everything i can do with it – see all the groups responses etc.
