AI Use Policy
Tallyfy offers AI-assisted features that help teams document and run their processes faster. This page explains how those features work, which providers power them, and how your data is handled.
This page is provided for general information only. It does not form part of any contract and does not create any representation, warranty, or commitment. Where Tallyfy processes personal data, the binding terms are in the Data Processing Addendum.
How Tallyfy uses AI
Some Tallyfy features use artificial intelligence to generate or suggest content - for example, drafting process steps or summarizing information. These features are powered by reputable third-party AI providers, currently Anthropic. When you use an AI feature, the content needed to fulfill your request is sent to the provider, a response is generated, and the result is returned to you within Tallyfy.
Your data is not used to train AI models
Tallyfy does not train AI models on customer data. Our AI providers do not use data submitted through Tallyfy to train their models. AI features process your data only to provide the feature you requested. Any processing of personal data through AI features is governed by the Data Processing Addendum.
Human oversight
AI features in Tallyfy assist people - they do not replace human judgment. AI-generated output is a starting point that you review, edit, and approve. You remain responsible for the processes you build and run in Tallyfy.
Acceptable use
You must not use Tallyfy's AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models. The Acceptable Use Policy applies to AI features in the same way it applies to the rest of the service.
Changes and contact
AI technology and the providers behind it evolve. Tallyfy may update this page as its AI features or providers change. If you have questions about how Tallyfy uses AI, please contact us.
