What is Decisions.com used for?
Decisions is a business process automation and orchestration platform for mid-market and enterprise organizations, in fields such as insurance, financial services, healthcare and the public sector. ProcessMaker has merged with Decisions, and processmaker.com now takes you to decisions.com.
What exactly is Tallyfy?
Tallyfy is workflow software for the work your team repeats. You write a process once as a template, in plain words, then launch a separate run each time it's needed. Every step has a deadline, and you choose who does it.
Does Tallyfy price differently by country?
It can. If most of your users are in an eligible country, you can apply for a lower price on an annual plan under our Fair Price Guarantee. The discount is based on regional GDP per capita, and Tallyfy approves each one.
Do I need to learn BPMN to use Tallyfy?
No. A Tallyfy process is a list of steps with form fields, deadlines and rules. If you already have BPMN diagrams, you rebuild each gateway as a rule that shows or hides steps.
How does Tallyfy handle process improvement?
When something goes wrong on a task, the person doing it reports the problem in the task's comments. Everyone on that task gets notified, and nobody can complete it until the problem is resolved. Someone who can edit the template then changes it, and only processes launched afterward pick up the change.
How does AI integration differ between Tallyfy and Decisions.com?
Both work with AI agents. Tallyfy connects to the AI you already use, such as ChatGPT or Claude, so it can complete steps in your business processes, and Tallyfy has its own MCP server. A computer AI agent you connect can also work through steps on screen. Decisions has an agent builder and takes third-party agents through MCP endpoints. It also lets you choose the AI model and swap it for another.
How is Decisions priced compared with Tallyfy?
Tallyfy charges per seat, starting from one full member, with rates listed on our pricing page. Light seats cost less and suit people who only complete tasks, and guests are free (subject to reasonable use). Decisions sells Foundation, Growth and Enterprise plans and doesn't charge per user.
Can Tallyfy connect to our other systems?
Yes. A developer can work with Tallyfy through its open API, and webhooks push task and process events to your other systems as they happen. Without code, Zapier, Make, Power Automate or n8n can link Tallyfy to the other apps you use.
