Sometimes, there are delays on the sender’s end showing that the form has been completed. It’s usually not long – a few minutes, at most, but it can be annoying when we’re on the spot. Their service is so bad … in the end I was unable to continue using it because it would crash for clients and they would need to fill things out again. There have been times when my emails have either been rejected, or have ended up in a Client’s SPAM folder.

There’s no option to even align the text or change the line height. This meant that we had a large block of centrally aligned copy with is really poor for UX and accessibility.
