Bizagi just gave its paying users a big f*** you by announcing that there won’t be any more publishing to SharePoint feature for small companies like ours. Now, to have this feature you would need an Enterprise Subscription with a minimum of 100 users^[14]

The licensing structure is absolutely terrible. They want to charge per user but then also have minimums that make no sense for smaller organizations. The whole thing feels like a money grab.^[15]

The user interface is outdated and confusing. Training new team members takes way too long because the system is not intuitive at all. We’re looking for alternatives.^[16]
