Does Scribe track whether a process gets done?
Scribe tracks the guide. On its Pro and Enterprise plans, it shows who viewed a guide, whether they finished it and when they last opened it. Its Tasks feature assigns the work of writing and updating guides. Tallyfy tracks the work itself. You launch a process each time the work comes up, and you choose who does each step and when it's due.
Can Tallyfy record my screen like Scribe does?
No. Tallyfy doesn't record your screen or write steps from your clicks. You can add screenshots and videos to any step, and our docs list free tools for capturing them. We also compared Scribe with free capture tools in our Scribe review.
Can I bring my Scribe guides into Tallyfy?
Yes. Scribe's Pro and Enterprise plans export guides to PDF, HTML and Markdown. Export a guide as a PDF and upload it to Tallyfy, and the AI drafts a template from it. Word files work the same way.

Yes. Assign a step to a guest by email address. They get a link, and they can complete their step and fill in its form fields without a Tallyfy account.
What happens when someone finds a problem in a step?
They report it on the task they're working on, and everyone assigned to that task is told. The task can't be completed until someone resolves the problem. A person then updates the template, so the next run uses the fix.
