Here’s why people don’t like Visio

It can be a bit clunky and error prone when you are trying to update and modify existing process flows, especially for larger and more complex flows. I hate how it is so hard to move things around, resize things and overall the manipulation of the software. I was unable to move parts of the flow diagram without distorting the entire diagram.

Is it monotonous and it is not colorful and many important icon/symbols like database symbol and many other are paid, should be included in the free version. It’s user interface looks archaic as compared to Miro which looks new and lively.
