About Tallyfy

We help teams turn how they work into clear steps, so nobody has to chase anyone to find out where things stand.

How Tallyfy started

Before Tallyfy, I spent years helping companies write down how their work gets done, and then make it better. I kept running into the same two problems.

First, nobody read the documents. A team would spend weeks writing up a process, and then the file sat in a folder that nobody opened again.

Second, even when people followed the steps, nobody could see where anything stood. Was the contract signed? Was the quote with finance, or still with sales? The answer was scattered across emails, calls and chats. The only way to find out was to ask someone, and then ask again.

So in 2014 we started Tallyfy. The idea was simple: turn how your team works into clear steps that people follow, and show everyone where each piece of work stands.

Three parts were always hard, until AI.

1. Getting a process in

Before

Writing it up took weeks.

With AI

Drop in a Word or PDF document and AI turns it into clear steps.

2. Knowing where things stand

Before

It only worked if people remembered to tick off tasks and update statuses.

With AI

AI keeps track as the work happens, so nobody has to update a status. Coming next

3. Making it better

Before

Someone had to notice what kept going wrong, and find time to fix it.

With AI

AI spots what keeps going wrong in your chats and meetings, and a person decides what changes. Coming next

After more than ten years, AI means we can finally build the whole idea we started with.
