The alternative to Microsoft Forms that handles workflow

The software has limited customization, a lack of advanced question types and limited integration options. Also has data export and reporting limitations and restricted collaboration features.^[1]

I don’t like the feature that lets you rearrange the order of the fields. It’s not as simple as drag and drop, even though at first glance it looks as though it is.^[2]

When I create the form there’s no instruction or warning about the limit of the form, besides, when exceed the limit of the form still allow to create more option?????????? When delete the answer/option from a drop down list, if delete from the top auto jump down to the bottom? Super ineffective and time consuming while making the form should be the fastest thing to do in the office. The last, even though exceeding the limit, there’s no option like: delete in batch, or split the the answer into new question -> have to delete 1 by 1??^[22]

I get a negative pissed-off feeling directed at Microsoft / the AI for making assumptions about what I am thinking, and telling me how to do my job.^[23]

When I email a link to a quiz to my students and they access it through Microsoft Forms through 365 instead of my email they are getting access to my editable version – which of course they can see the answers and do everything i can do with it – see all the groups responses etc.^[24]

Microsoft Forms is pretty basic compared to other form builders. The themes are limited and frankly quite ugly. No real customization options beyond changing colors.^[25]

The analytics are terrible. You can’t really get meaningful insights from the data without exporting to Excel and doing your own analysis.^[26]
