This page supplements the Tallyfy Privacy Policy with notices for specific countries. The Privacy Policy already describes how Tallyfy handles personal data under the EU and UK GDPR and under US state privacy laws. The notices below cover additional jurisdictions.

Across all jurisdictions, Tallyfy is usually a service provider or processor acting on behalf of a Customer. If you are an Authorized User, please direct requests about your personal data to the Customer that controls your Workspace. For personal data that Tallyfy controls, you may make a request by contacting us.

Canada

For residents of Canada, Tallyfy handles personal information in line with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for residents of Quebec, the province's Law 25. You have the right to access the personal information held about you, to ask for corrections, and to withdraw consent. Quebec residents also have rights relating to data portability and to being informed about automated decision-making.

Australia

For residents of Australia, Tallyfy handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. You have the right to access the personal information held about you and to ask for corrections. Tallyfy handles eligible data breaches in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Brazil

For residents of Brazil, Tallyfy handles personal data in line with the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law). You have the right to confirm that processing is taking place, to access your personal data, to correct it, to request anonymization or deletion, and to obtain information about how your data is shared.

India

For residents of India, Tallyfy handles personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You have the right to access a summary of the personal data being processed, to ask for correction and updating, to request erasure, and to use a grievance-redressal channel.

South Africa

For residents of South Africa, Tallyfy handles personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You have the right to access the personal information held about you, to ask for correction or deletion, and to object to certain processing.
